   I've used premium shilajit for a very long time and this brand is high quality.
   The organic honey really cut the harsh (for me) and strong flavor of the usual shelajit resin I'm accustomed to.
   The essence of shelajit is still there but the honey softens it.
   I took my first straw in organic cold lemonade. After a couple minutes and dissolved, I shook it up and it was really tasty. I really enjoyed it.
   Whether in cold or warm liquid, it's enjoyable.
   It gave me energy.
   This premium supplement is affordable and giftable.
   It arrived in protected and beautiful packaging and smells amazing.
   I am looking forward to all the benefits shelajit and honey, working together synergistically to support overall health and well-being and including in my daily routine.
   I'm very satisfied and happy with this supplement.

   I like to take shilajit, but to be honest with you, the hassle of opening the jar, scooping out the goo, then mixing it into hot water or take as is, gets messy sometimes. I tend to forget to take it. This changes all of that.
   HOW THIS COMES
   This comes in a nice round container (cardboard type). The top slides off, and inside are the little packets of goo.
   HOW TO USE
   All you do is pull out the packet. You twist the top off, and then squeeze it into your mouth.
   TASTE
   I LOVE THIS STUFF! I don't mind the taste of shilajit, but added with honey, OMG. It is delightful.
   DOES IT HELP?
   I do notice that when taking this regularly, I do feel a bit more energy and support vs taking it occasionally. I love this.
   THE BOTTOM LINE
   If you are struggling with shilajit being messy or bitter, this might be the perfect solution for you.
   MY RATING
   FIVE STARS. I would definitely be open to getting this again. What I love is that you can take it with you if you have to go somewhere, so you are not tied to the bottle or jar at home and messiness. This is so easy and so nice to take- I know. I am probably raving too much. Still this is a great find. HIGHLY recommended.

Someone told me to try shilajit and was very skeptical but needed something. I got to say best decision Ive ever made. These gave me energy and bunch of stamina at 54 I found my younger self again. Will definitely be a repeat customer
